As a nonprofit organization, we welcome ways for motivated and passionate volunteers to get involved with our organization and help us in fulfilling our mission. While many of the volunteer opportunities we offer support our programmatic work including international missions, various distributions, and community outreach opportunities, we are frequently looking for assistance with our internal office operations! Given our multiple international offices and internal departments within each office, there will be numerous opportunities for potential volunteers to get involved by maximizing their interpersonal, technical, scholastic, or creative skill sets. Some of the future opportunities we will be recruiting for include:

    • Data Entry & Database Management
    • Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping
    • Social Media Marketing & Strategizing
    • Office and Storage Organization
    • Merchandise Inventorying
    • Donor Outreach & Acknowledgement
    • Call Center Support
    • Web Page Updating
    • Blog Writing
    • Video & Photo Editing
    • Document Proofing, Editing, Translation & Organization

We will post specific opportunities that volunteers can express interest in on this page. Upon submitting your interest for a specific opportunity, our Volunteer Management Coordinator (VMC) will set up a time to speak with you to ensure you will be able to handle the work associated with the opportunity and that you are able to commit a consistent amount of time and effort.

Due to the fact that all opportunities listed on this page are to be completed voluntarily without the expectation of financial compensation, we completely understand the importance of flexibility and do not require a minimum commitment other than consistency. If you are only able to devote a few hours a week to the work required, that is perfectly acceptable and we greatly appreciate your commitment! Our VMC will be happy to work out a flexible schedule with you.

Additionally, while we cannot offer financial compensation, we strongly value your assistance and will reward our volunteers through other means including but not limited to recognition on our website and social media platforms, volunteer leadership opportunities, complimentary merchandise, and prioritization for additional opportunities like our international missions!

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our VMC who would be happy to provide you with any additional information.
