November Group Home Set Up Assistance

This is the sign up form for our November date for our home set up assistance group: The date and time is as follows:

– Saturday, November 27th (9:30 AM – 2 PM)

We also will be accepting a limit of 8 volunteers for our group day with 2 waitlist spots.

The times could be subject to slight changes depending on if we are doing a home set up or preparing and packaging the items needed for future home set ups.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will ask that all volunteers attending be fully vaccinated, and regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask during the event unless outdoors or eating/drinking. 

All final information including times, addresses, and FAQs for the day will be addressed in a confirmation email that will go out a few days before our date.
