In response to the escalating conflict, which has resulted in over 2,566 casualties and displaced more than 113,000 people from South Lebanon, UMR is prioritizing emergency aid for those affected.

Orphan Sponsorship

UMR’s orphan sponsorship program in Lebanon supports children and their families with essential assistance, including food aid, education support, shelter, clothing, and other basic needs, delivered on a monthly basis.

Emergency Food Aid

UMR provides emergency food assistance to households in Lebanon, ensuring families have access to nutritious meals during periods of heightened need.

Emergency Aid (Non-Food Items)

UMR delivers essential non-food items, including shelter and household supplies, to help individuals and families maintain safety and dignity during times of crisis.

Healthcare Center Support

UMR supports healthcare centers in Lebanon by providing operational funding that helps sustain essential services and maintain access to care for vulnerable communities.

Our efforts in Lebanon include:

Emergency medical kits to treat the wounded. 

Food aid to sustain displaced families. 

Essential shelter supplies to provide safety and security for those who have lost their homes. 

This comes as Lebanon grapples with hosting 1.5 million displaced Syrians and nearly 500,000 Palestinian refugees, placing immense pressure on already strained resources.
